There's a good chance you will NOT regret the choice for SK.

The choice for ANDI is one you need to make conciously. If you allready have (normoxic) Tx certification it will not be of use and you'll have to a mod 2 equivalent (L4?) again.
If you happen to have IANTD Tx certification then it valid after such and so many hours/dives. It's just a though. For other agencies I simply don't know.

On the plus side the ANDI program seemed solid to me and the manual was excelently written.
