I would probably actually buy DIR rebreather if you actually got a "book". But $50 for a pdf file... I'm alright.

Another one for the list is the IANTD CCR tec manual by Tom Mount. It's kind of basic but contains some good quick reference stuff and a decent overview of procedures.
