Thanks. That would be great. Was this something you had made, or off the shelf?
Goodmorning all,
steve, initially i saw this exact set up from Cedric Verdier, when i was doing a few dives with him, and at the time i had the tiger gear. Since i was after the shadow mounts, just to get the slimmer profile, but i then realised that i would only be able to mount the tanks that had already been set from before.
that would need a bit of time, and then i thought of going with Cedric's idea. i called him up and he very happily gave me the stats, which it turned out great. honestly, i would not change it for anything now. i have even tried it with 2 S80s on and it holds it fine. no problems with that. i only thought that Cedric had is like that just because he was travelling a lot, and then he used to use any tank he found in front of him...

and also to avoid weight, but i realised this is not the main factor. main factor is simplicity!
hope it helps. i shall take a few photos today this afternoon and post here.
you can see i cut a few small pieces of a bicycle inner tube to hold the excess of velcro strap that is left hanging around if i use the 3 litre tanks, but when i use the S80s, then the measurrement is exact. i dont think i'll ever need to use larger tank than the S80.
Thanks. hope this clarification helps to clear our as to why i find it best.
