I can understand you wanting to tidy your hoses, I think just about everyone of us has at some point!!
After a bit of discussion I came up with a manifold to tidy up the dil side and allow the addition of off board gas to it. As for the O2 side I have fitted DS4s to my Meg and didn't have any trouble with the hose routing and can't really see why there is any need for the elbows either. They do make them sit a little better but considering the cost and that you have made it a lot more complex than necessary I think you're better off without them.
