I have the same reg on my Copiis, turning the reg 90 degrees towards the can, there was no need for elbows on the O2 hoses whether low or high pressure. You may have to rotate the tank slightly in order to clear the regulator body from the can. Then both the high pressure and the manual add low pressure can be routed through your wing slots and the constant feed line can be routed up to the head on the exterior, it will bow out slightly but not enough to be a snagging hazord.
I also agree with Ron the least amount of failure point especiallly on the O2 side is certainly desirable.
