Hi,
I don't understand why you'd want to do that. O2 hose routing on mine is perfect using the reg in the same fashion as your dil reg. Valve is clear, no wing problem.
On the dil side, you could use the parts of a Sherwood shadow + octo to distribute to both ADV and BC inflator or do the same with a Y-block from M&J.
