de-invert your tanks
Gilles, I dive a Meg and love it. If I were to purchase another, I would buy the stripped and build it up. But I had to go through the process once to have that opinion. It is hard to understand until one has started to customize their unit.

How come you suggest de-inverting you tanks? What are the benefits? If this has been covered, please point me in the right direction.

My unit is setup with:

2x SS BP, 6lbs of lead bolted to the bp, Golem BOV, SS manifold, offboard dil plumbing, steal 19cuft, g-snaps, 32lbs donut wing, o2 on the exhalation CL and the hoses routed inside the CLs.. I had been doing most of my diving in NJ with a dry suit. I am going to have to dial back the weight when I bring the unit down to Playa.
