To all who came out tonight, thankyou. I'm not going to name names, because I know I'll miss someone. It was much appreciated to view all the familiar faces, to meet some new ones, and I'm sure he was looking down on us and appreciating that we were having a drink in his name.
We received from his company today the bag of all his personal effects that he had with him, including his money clip with $70 in it. We all knew that it'd be what he wanted, to shout that last round, so it was organised to be so.
Exact details to follow, but there will be a memorial service for him here in Perth on Tuesday. I'll post more when I know the full details, and also try and let everyone know.
