Terrible news and I couldn't bring myself to come onto RBW yesterday after Ben called me. I'm glad that I haven't been on RBW so regularly of late and Ben had the chance to call me before I logged on. He had a heart of gold and always made sure my non-diver wife, Alicia, was included when the rest of the gang were waffling on about rebreathers and diving and reminded me how lucky I was to have her
She will miss being hoisted in the air with his big bear hugs. Anyway, still trying to take in that I only saw him on Friday and won't get the chance to see him again. I still have an SMS from him on my phone sent in the wee hours of Tuesday morning. I'm glad that CD has video of him so we can still see and hear him as he was. Sadly, when I was with Denz I was usually too busy laughing to get round to breaking out the camera. Sorry, I'm probably starting to ramble - I'm really going to miss you big guy. Steve, I can't imagine how it must have felt to be the one to answer the door.
