The rig fits both 40's and 80's without modification.
They are currently available, in stock. Should be on our website by monday. I'll post the link when it's up.
They are $50 complete as shown.
The camband is unique. It's made using a softer webbing than typical weightbelt webbing, and length was choosen to allow 40's or 80's. It's not the same lenght as the cambands we furnish with our single tank back plates.
The combination of the softer webbing in the camband and the captive DSS camstrap pad makes this very secure. We tried the regular resin reinforced webbing and it was much more difficult to tighten the camband, in particular on the smaller bottles.
