OPV looks the culprit, it just took a long vinager bath and I am getting a tiny leak (IP set at 10.5bar from a recent service), will just get another OPV. I haven't had a chance to check my off board reg yet.

Whilst I understand the need to have a cracking pressure of the OPV on the O2 clean side close to IP but on the dil side I fancy pushing it way up, as Mike suggested.

Still do not understand why depth triggers the flow and why I can't recreate the problem at home though....
