Yeah......That could be right but I don't think so.
The webbing is 2 inches thick and won't go through the slot for the crotch strap as they are only 1 inch and the strap is 3 feet long.......
If that fits you...That's some crotch!!!
And it has what appears to be a carry handle loop between the Y pieces.
ISC are going to send me some pics but they haven't turned up yet......
