Ill be over in Japan in couple of weeks have an exped to explore/survey a dry cave north of Tokyo, in Iwate prefecture,

Havent taken my Rebreather over yet or done any diving (I go to Japan regularly with business) as im informed its a pain and expensive to get 02 and He??

Is that true?
