I agree that it's good to see DIR/GUE opening up the CCR debate. They have some good drills for doing the sort of dives that DIR/GUE historically trained for, and in the UK they are doing taster sessions for the unconverted masses.

I haven't been on one yet but would like to so I can fin backwards. I've been told the technique, but i just look like I am convulsing when I try it.

In the UK [and elsewhere] DIR/GUE have a bad reputation due to a minority of loudmouths.
