I can't answer the first question....but I can answer the second....Tom Mount. He's based right there in Miami. He teaches on just about every rebreather that is commonly found, and some that aren't.

Welcome to Rebreather World. I was never Airborne....but I do have over 2,000 civilian freefall jumps.
