I purchsed a Heliox analyzer a few weeks ago. It arrived late and incomplete. I have not received any response from Brad either voice or email. I have returned the unusable unit to them and am forced to contest the payment. It may be a great unit but the customer service is horrible and unacceptable. Buyer beware!
