Still a relative newbie with my Boris.
Issues to date:
1) Factory supplied free of charge OPV upgrade
2) Failed HUD LED - CCRB replaced HUD with new one (old one was "cracked")
3) Rest of unit is as delivered (except I uncrossed the harness and can now unclip both shoulder straps)

Haven't dived the unit cold but can confirm that the batteries are the weakest point. 2 weeks ago in Scapa Flow early one morning (the unit had been on the hardboat deck overnight 3-4degC?) I got low battery warning on the "VR3" so went off to the local hardware store for some new ones (being C cells my attitude is they are relatively cheap and readily available so if in doubt swap them). However by the time I'd walked to the shop an back (in under 3000s seconds as the unit was still on) the battery warning was gone. I then did two dives in 10-11degC water with not a hint of a problem.
