Welcome. You've arrived just in time to freeze your nads off, but I suppose that when the water temperature hits a minimum of 14 degrees in February it will still be far warmer than a lot of places. The tropical fish will no longer be around, but there's still lots to see and, without the crowds, you can go straight from the dive to the hot tub (most dive sites have onsen-type hot tubs as a service - it is, after all, a volcanic hotspot). The dive services seem ruinously expensive, but there are ways to prevent them picking your pockets. I'm always glad of a dive buddy, and I can point you in the direction of a few other diveaholics.
