I personally think it's healthy and appropriate to have open dialogue regarding rebreather malfunctions & design, especially having this dialogue available to prospective Rebreather users.

All of us who currently use rebreathers know the benefits, but we want to be careful that we don't sugar-coat the risk involved with their use by discussing the benefits disproportionately to the realities.

Just my thoughts...
