I think there's a misunderstanding here - in our conversation (which was about the 15.5 at that moment), I mentioned that Kevin Gurr had stacked up some huge time and dives on a 15.5 before creating the Boris, and that the Boris is reminiscent of the 15.5 in it's base design (no doubt, because Kevin liked the 15.5 somewhat).

The Cis Lunar is not like the Boris, at least as far as I can see with my limited knowledge of the latter.

But I will also point out that we continue to service the Mark 5P, and Rich Pyle (and others) continue to do some amazing things with this "old" system.
