I have over 400 dives to my my name. THough they were all at the recreational level. I know i dont hold a candle to most of you guys. I have through advanced EANX done. I just dont want to buy an already expensive rig and then in a a year or two have to buy another.

Start with something cheap and practical, you can resell it without loosing much but learning plenty and buy something suitable to the diving you find yourself doing.
