After 10 years of diving Rebreather, I could recall 1 MAV leaking (my fault for being lazy/hurry in assembly so not sure if could classified as failure) that resulted running out of O2 (also last dive of trip, low O2 pressure on 2L tank) on a long dive.

I have lost count the number of controller failures.

However, I tend to crash-test new things so not all could be classified as production version, but still the number of controller failures is much higher relatively.

So I am "scared" of any unit that is completely automated...
