Dont worry to much about the mv reading, when it is calibrating up you only see a mv reading and not the po2 reading. Once the unit is calibrated up and no more 02 is being injected into the loop and the mv reading has stabalised on the VR3, just short push both buttons to confirm stable mv reading then push the left button to go back to the home screen, you should now see the po2 and it should be inline with the handset/s
IMHO the trick is to do the unit cal and VR3 cal at the same time, when the standard cells stop climbing and calibrate up, the 4th cell's mv should stabilze at the same time as the 02 is stoped flushing into the system at that point.
