I would prefer something along the DaveT lungs that I have seen DrMike(and Phi??) with or some other design without a hard case but am open to options...

I think simply turning around the lungs doesn't seem viable for manual addition of gases or the ADV but correct me if I am wrong...

Cheers
You could plug the holes and turn the lungs around. You will need new manual add buttons anyway (i can make those for you)

Personally for best WOB I believe a hard case is better

Simplest solution maybe to change T pieces to inspiration so that gives you a T piece based ADV (can be used as manual add by pressing diaphram) so juist need one manual add O2 button (or can be used for both O2 and dil injection) and just turn the lungs around

If you want to make new CL (instead of using Meg ones) buy some Otlerb water bags from the Army market - they work well but you still need to sort out an ADV (personaly I went the inspo t piece adv way
