There are more distractions at the surface, yet the physical work rate is higher, finning to the boat. That seems a witch's brew that substantially increases the risk of breathing a hypoxic mixture and dying with no advance warning. If you have to do it, make sure the set point is high enough to give yourself a margin for error. |
