I feel like I have to mention my recent experience I had dealing with Jakub at Golem Gear. I recently after careful consideration I decided to purchase a HI Booster from Jakub at Golem Gear. I had ordered some stuff from him in the past and found dealings with him to be good and he has the lowest price I could find. It arrived as planned and I was eager to hook it up. After inspecting it I discovered that the mounting brackets had been bent during shipping but other than that all was good so I hooked up to my new system. During the first run up I noticed that the drive end of the booster was leaking! I contacted Jakub and he said he would look into getting a replacement. The next day he had arranged for me to get a new pump and keep the leaking one until the new one showed up (awesome!). When I received the new pump in the mail (UPS) I was charged 73.90 brokerage fees!!$#@#$%%. After talking with UPS I discovered that this a fee that they charge on top of the shipping cost and it is based on the value of the product. I had already paid for the shipping once so Jakub offered to refund those fees to me as well! I suppose what I wanted to get across is that with guys like Jakub out there I feel more confident of purchasing things on line. Thanks to Golem Gear for the great products and thanks to Jakub for service that is above the norm!
