That is not so. I said nothing of the kind. Upon your personal inquiry, I relayed the following to you:

"Thanks for contacting Konaquatica Dive Center, your authorized Megalodon dealer, offering sales and full quality training on the Meg, including full trimix.

Delivery lead time on the Megalodons are currently running 2 - 4 weeks, so we could certainly get a unit out to you, or arrange to have you pick one up here.

The APECS 3 is still in development. Due to my non-disclosure agreement with Innerspace Systems, I can't at this time provide you with any details other than that it will be an incredible addition to this already world-class rebreather. Innerspace will not release the APEKS 3 to the public until they are sure that it is entirely ready for all missions, all users, in all conditions. It will be a wonderful option for the Meg and will definitely reflect the high quality of design and manufacture of the CCR"

So that you have it here in writing, I do not predict, nor can I give you a release date for the much anticipated APECS 3. For that, please contact InnerSpace Systems Corp. directly, or watch for product announcements. Naturally, once it is officially released, I will be more-than-happy to assist you in any way I can with a purchase, or upgrade of your Megalodon.

I stand by what is posted on my web site as a Megalodon dealer and instructor. I prefer to have it mentioned, rather than having to re-do the copy when APECS 3.0 is indeed released. Obviously this option is not yet on the market for the Meg, but it will be. I assure you that all inquiries on this are handled just as straightforwardly as was my response to you. I mean no subterfuge, and only would personally like to be spending time actually diving my Meg, and working with students, rather than dealing with web site developers and re-doing the site. I personally am eagerly awaiting the release of this great addition to the Meg. Make no mistake, it will be more than worth the wait.

And yes, I did make a typographical error in the spelling, which shall be corrected.

Now let's get back to the growing anticipation and eagerness of having your very own APECS 3 and diving with it.
