No, audible alarms are contrary to the design philosophy of the Shearwater.
The backlight has a very high output capability, alarms are annunciated on the screen in direct text and the backlight will flash until suppressed.
The alarms are discribed in the manual for those who need additional info.

If your wise, you will also invest in the HUD which will give additional and independant PO2 display. The flashing becomes brighter when it gets further away from the ideal.
