New to rebreathers/boost pumps- so I am looking for any help I can get.
New Pump arrived: Jetsam Nano
Hook up with with SS whip kitsand Quick Connects-
Source O2 2000psi
No drive Gas-hooked up(yet)
Fill bottle open (450psi)
Open valve on supply- tanks does not equalize???? Shouldn't they equalize like a regular fill whip?
apply drive gas- pumps to 750psi and stales.
I called Friday - Factory said check whips for blockage???? OK
No blockage- hook together (take pump out of loop) equalize fine! (not whips)
Ok now with equal pressure I apply 147psi drive gas pump starts,
pumps 2 minutes to 2150 and stales
Try another tank- pumps to 2700 stales!
another tanks pumps to 2100 stales!
Supply is now 1851
drive 147 regulated- oil/water filtered
Any suggestions????
Can't get pressure over 2100 now in any tank.
Where should I start looking?
Pump is 3 days old I hate to take apart? Return to seller?
Return to factory? IN USA so freight to Canada plus all the forms????
Are am I doing something wrong!!!. It was my understanding I could pump to 3000PSI? Am I wrong in this?
