So far in my contact with KISS they have been very efficient and helpful

APD? absolute rubbish. Unreliable, slow, they tell lies, they make YOU pay for the design faults and failures of their kit. The service I got was so staggeringly bad I binned the unit and I refuse to get anything more from them.

You could be forgiven for thinking I was just unlucky by my friends on the Inspo have suffered exactly the same lies and poor service.

KJ (Hammer Head) Lovely bloke when you can get hold of him slow service but I forgave him a lot because he comes across as open and honest but somewhat snowed under with issues.

I know Shearwater have just launched their replacement head for the inspo but if Bruce gives the level of service I have enjoyed with the Shearwater computer then he is top of my favorites list.
