| Re: Options for onboard gas access. Why not get rid off all that hardware and utilize the LP port areas inside the onboard 1st stages as manifolds.
All you need is 2 QCs.
Onboard feed everything incl BOV.
If you are in danger of exhausting the onboard dil when youve bailed you close off the dil valve (if you want) and connect the QC hose to the off board dil. Now your running BOV, adv, and inflation off off board dil.
If you want to plug in off board o2 then theres also a male QC coming off on board o2 1st stage (o2 whip feed will be female dil male). if you want to breath onboard O2 thru the BOV you can by connecting o2 qc to dil qc (as you will be at 6m it doesn't matter that adv is connected now to o2)
see below: lot cleaner.
If your worried about a leak on hoses then just add one QC at the BOV (then you can connect off board dil direct to BOV)
No need to get too paranoid about securing against every poissible scenario of bust hoses etc - it may apear safer but the more complexity you add the less safe it will be. Total loss of onboard dil or O2 is not an emergency situaton provided you have bail out. worst case scenario just blow it in the loop
