Re: Has Anyone Used CCR-35 Wing On A Prism?

Hello,

I'm expecting to take delivery on my Prism and start training by the end of September.

I've decided to go with the Grey Wolf Innovation frame, which means that I'll need to buy a wing.

Its my understanding that the CCR-35 was designed for use with a Meg. I'm curious whether anyone is using or has used it with a Prism and Grey Wolf frame? If so, what are your opinions? In addition, were any modifications necessary in order to use it with the Prism?

Thanks for your help.
When I started class with my PRISM, I also had a Grey wolf frame. I first used a Halcyon #40. I had 2 make some alterations in the wing basically widened the area were the bolt pattern is so it would except the PRISM's pattern. I then switched to a Dive Rite wing it has slots instead of bolt holes. They are both good wings it is basically a matter of personal preference. I now dive a custom BP and use the stock wings, so I would be willing to sell you either one, just give me a pm or an email. If I may make a suggestion, I would personally train on a stock PRISM. There are some really nice alternatives around and you might like them better than the GW plate. If you do any type of traveling, warm water diving or cave diving I feel there are better plates available.
