i use to use a 1ltr on my back plate but had to change oring due to leaks so i ran the whip from the 50% 7ltr for one dive, and the 1ltr suit inflation cylinder is still sat on the bench 6 months later. i think that lossing an extra cylinder and first stage can only be a good thing , and the amount i use out of a 7ltr is about 7bar a dive which is nothing after a few dives i just top of the rich mix to 250 bar again.
