I know there must be a simple solution...what have I overlooked?
I wear my VR3 on my right arm and my Meg primary display on my left. I have been using a SUUNTO SK7 compass. I found that this setup makes the compass absolutely worthless. While this may be quite obvious to most, I have discovered that the error introduced by wearing the compass on either arm, on either side of each device produces unreliable compass readings.
What to do? What do others do? A different compass?
I really do not want to wear the primary and the VR3 on the left side together and the compass on the right. I like to be able to look at the VR3 and use my left arm/hand interdependently for buoyancy adjustments, especially on ascent.
get a suunto spg /compass back to back holder fit the meg gauges perfect ,read compass one side flip it over and read ur dil pressure frees up ur arm aswell
