Vrelo Une, Croatia, -205
This spring had been recognised some years ago by French speleodiver Touloumjian until -55. It took 5 dives: -103, -123 (JJ Bolanz), -163, -175 and -205, for Luigi Casati to finish the exploration within 10 days. The length is 290m. The shaft is 5 by 20 meters, getting narrow at one end. His 2 instruments give the same depth, but a difference of one degree in the water temperature (9 and 10 degrees centigrade). There are numerous trees in the siphon, the last one at -180m. Topography has been done until 123 m. Pictures were taken until 115 m. The -205 dive was accomplished in 5 hours with a mechanical CCR Voyager.
Participants : Alan Kovacevic (preliminary dive until -55 and film), Alen Milosevic, Alessandro Fantini, JJ Bolanz (topography), Lorenzo Del Veneziano (photos), Luigi Casati, and above all, Tihomir Kovacevic and his speleoclub DDISKF.
We are still in expedition in Croatia for another 10 days
Sponsors: Coltri, Giosub, LMNT, Parisi, Utengas
