I'll cast another vote for the Jetsam Baby Booster. Ours works like a champ. We've been using it around the house for several months now for all our Rebreather filling needs. It has travelled to the NC coast with a friend and worked fine for him, and it's about to accompany us on a trip to the Tortugas next week. While on the boat it will handle the filling needs for several rebreather divers. It fits nicely in a pelican case together with the necessary whips, adaptors, and a drive regulator.

I have no experience with the others you mentioned, so I can't be of any help there.
