You'll find a lot of thing about that when doing a "CEJN" search. That'll solve your "enough flow" question but will limit the compatibility w/ your team mates somewhat to their inflation gas if they have the CEJN drysuit QD.
Now for the ADV, I don't see any problem using a standard (Seatec) QD nipple & hose because you can activate the ADV manually before you need to inhale the CL but then it's like using the standard inflator already fitted there.
It may be more inetesting for you to look at the manifold solution for your own connections and reserve the possibility to use the standard inflator provided by ISC in order to get gas from your team mates in case you absolutely need to?
