Not sure who's running things out there. With all the disruption in the Middle East it's hard to tell what's going to have changed in the last few months.

Lebanon Divers seems to be the company dealing with HMS Victoria. Google is your friend for history etc on this wreck. As for diving it, who knows.
If you do dive it please let me know who with and how it goes. Been very interested in this one for a couple of years, along with a few others locally.
