This has been my experinece anyway - If theres a 'fix' Id like to know what it is. It only takes 5 mins to fit them back. Im just careful to check them when filling and dont bash the crap out of the scrubber when emptying it

My experience also with 2 Boris' is that the vanes sometimes fall out. Similarly if there is a fix I'd love to know what it is.
As Dave said, usually if you invert and tap the scrubber is when they go (BTW don't ever do this over the side of the boat just to get the last few grains out - I speak from experience
). It's a very simple job to refit them though so it doesn't concern me too much.
