Both. Neoprene for deep, long, or scooter dives, and cordura for when travelling abroad and you don't want to worry about punctures or pinhole leaks developing during transit, especially when weight and space (i.e., tight packing) are an issue. All that being said and FWIW, the crushed neoprene is pretty robust.
