Thanks for the detailed answer and the picts Hank (have some green!)

If you don't mind me asking, what is the length of that zipper?

The reason I ask is that our drysuit repair guy's zips are only 5 inches or so across, and both Johan (Divingtoors) and I have big hands...

Another question if I may - is there something one needs to do to the counterlung fabric where it was cut to stop it from fraying, or does the glue from the zipper does that job?
