I was just wondering how long people used there standard Meg scrubber in cold water lets say 42 degrees and warm water 72 degrees. Also what lime are your using and depth?
Thanks
I dive my meg for 4 hrs in mid 40s. I never go below 200ft when there is 2 hrs on the scrubber. I use 4-8 sofnolime. The only timeI ever got close to breakthrough (that I know of) was after 4 hrs on medical sorb. Had a fully purple canister. I was shallow (50-60ft) and felt I was getting winded rather easily so I thumbed the dive. No other symptoms of hypercapnia but I checked the scubber indicator upon exit.
