we can dive nearly all year in the gulf ,but mid-NOV to mid -JAN is monsoon time so definately not then

Best times are March,April,May , then again August,Sept, October when we have generally flat seas

This year in April we had up to 3 thunderstorms on the radar at the same time, then the water can still be a bit ... lumpy?!
