3rd vote for kinked hose? I've experienced the same thing a few times and it was a kinked hose from the DSV, never from the head to the CLs as those hoses on the Prism are thicker than the DSV hoses. Made me wish that the DSV hoses were more rigid, but then it would be less easy to move my head around...
