This is the first time I've had a problem with an order and it was sorted in a very efficient no fuss manner. Great customer service.

Its good to hear some positive feedback for these guys. Goodness knows they dont get much on the hairynet.
One thing I would point out that in regards to your cell, the Distance selling Regulations would have allowed you adequate protection. You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the receipt of those goods without penalty. This is known as the cancellation period. The cancellation period will end after seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods were received.
