Great service from Go-Dive Derby

Just before my recent trip to Norway I ordered some Sofnolime, Cristolube and a new Cell from Go-Dive.

These arrived about 3 days later but after I left for my trip. On returning 10 days later I opened up my packages etc and was unhappy with the manufacture date on the cell.

I rang Mark at Go Dive and pointed out the problem.

No Quibbles, no argument, just a 'send it back and I'll replace or refund it for you'.

I chose to ask for a replacement and sent the item back on Wednesday of this week. On returning home from work on Friday there was a note to say my parcel was awaiting collection at the post office.

I've seen some threads on various forums in the past complaining about Go-Dives customer service. My experience with them has always been a positive one. I've always had prompt effecient service from them as well as the best prices around ( Lime is only £65 delivered, o2 cells £50 ).

This is the first time I've had a problem with an order and it was sorted in a very efficient no fuss manner. Great customer service.
