I've seen a set of these with a great big hole in them on the Boris of a well known diver and skipper who sometimes frequents this forum. It could have been a duff batch I guess but has anybody else experienced that problem?

I guess the fact you can't compress them easily rules out pinching your hose in water if checking a DSV mushroom valve or indeed doing that reverse o2 flush thingy Ron showed me lately. The Meg hoses are pretty tough as they stand so I question whether these would really be an upgrade.
