have any tried to fit on a megalodon?

the measure for the meg hose are

from canister to counterlung:
27.31 Long
3.18 Inside diameter on both ends
Hosefrom counterlung to dive surface valve (mouthpiece)
45.09 Long
3.18 Inside diameter on counterlung end
4.46 Inside diameter on dsv end.

and GDS can sell me have

The inner Diameter is about 4 cm. 40 or 50 cm long

Have anyone a adapter or any ideas??
