Hi, i'm not an expert but i believe you have to fill the scrubber to the upper o-ring.
You also have to make sure to settle the lime several times when filling with kind of beating the scrubber sideways.
Another thing is that some kind of broken up lime-pieces and lime-dust is collecting at the bottom of an almost empty lime-container. Don't use that stuff, either throw it away or filter the remaining last bit of lime before using it.
Make sure to use the right grain-size recommended for Draeger as to small grains can pass pass thru the scrubber-filter.
