So This stuff which is the adhesive one?

Heat-Shrinkable Tubing with Adhesive Inner Liner

So I am thinking:

1 - Slide on Heat Sink
2 - Solder
3 - Coat with Nail Varnish
4 - Heat up Heat Shrink...

That work?
